These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Vetrax Fitness website (www.vetrax-fitness.com). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Agreement

An agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. Vetrax Fitness reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in cases of incorrect pricing information or product unavailability.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Payment

Payments can be made using the payment methods available on our website. All payments are processed through secure payment systems.

5. Delivery

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is indicated during checkout and is generally 3–5 business days. Vetrax Fitness is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Warranty

All our products are covered by statutory warranty. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the delivered product is defective or does not meet reasonable expectations.

We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Vetrax Fitness is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the products we provide.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
