Return Conditions

  • Return period: You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Product condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Excluded items: For hygiene reasons, certain products—such as underwear and swimwear—cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us
    Email info@vetrax-fitness.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.

  2. Pack the product
    Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels. Seal the package carefully to avoid damage during shipping.

  3. Ship the package
    Send your return to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund via the original payment method.
Please note: depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? Follow the same return procedure and include your requested variant in the return request.
If the product is in stock, we’ll process the exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.
